- Our Orders are normally shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class- UK or DHL- Worldwide.
- For retail orders the shiping costs are as follows:
- United Kingdom. £1.80
- Europe (EU). £2.45
- Rest of the World. £6.00 - For wholesale orders the value of shipping will be calculated in function of the size of your order. For orders of more than £200 in value, shipping is free.
- Estimated delivery times for retail customers are as follows:
- United Kingdom. 2 to 3 working days
- Europe (EU). 4 to 6 working days
- Rest of the World. 7 to 10 working days
- Wholesale customers orders are usually dispatched within 7 working days. This may differ around busy periods including Christmas. - We ship worldwide.

- Returns & Replacements
- If you receive a faulty item or just not happy with an item, send it back unopened and in it's original condition within 28 days. You can either change it for something else or we will refund your payment or place it to your account as store credit.
Delivery costs are non-refundable. However, if the item is faulty, please inform us and we will act accordingly. Please follow these simple instructions to return an item:
1) Pack the item securely and describe the problem of the item or reason for your return. Please quote your Order Reference number and contact information.

3) After we have received your return, we will contact you via telephone or email.
4) If you have requested a refund, we will update your Order Status and will notify you by email when we have completed the refund. You will be credited through the same payment information you originally used when purchasing your order.
